We are looking for a sales manager to join our top management who has extensive experience in B2B sales (ideally software sales), experience with leading sales team and transferring know-how to team members.

We need you to be able to conduct sales meeting and hold casual conversation in English.

Negotiating, organizational and analytical skills must be among your strengths together with excellent communication and presentation skills.

What is your job going to be about?
You will design, create and implement sales strategies and participate on creating and implementing strategic and sales plans.
You will be responsible for fulfilling the established sales plans in following areas – selling licenses and SLA Shopsys Framework, partnerships with agencies using Shopsys Framework and with third party service provides, implementing new orders, maintaining contracts and other services provided to existing customers.
You will be involved in creating the company’s marketing strategy together with CMO.
You will participate on creating product strategies for the Shopsys Framework together with CTO.
You will lead a team of salesmen (sales representatives, Key Account Manager etc.).
You will oversee creating and implementing the sales processes within the corporate CRM system.
You will analyze the results of your sales team regularly and report the ongoing fulfillment of sales objectives to other members of the top management.
You will monitor and analyze the market and existing trends in development, search for new sales opportunities and evaluate the opportunities of both local and foreign markets. That will be followed by initiating and coordinating action plans which focus on penetrating new markets and company and product expansion in the Czech Republic and other countries.
Your task will be to represent Shopsys at meetings with existing partners and potential customers, at conferences, trade fairs etc.
